Returns & Refunds

We accept refund requests within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

• The item must be unused and in original condition.

• Proof of purchase is required (order number or email).

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
